About rhondaleecarver

At an early age, Rhonda fell in love with romance novels, knowing one day she’d write her own love story. Life took a short detour, but when the story ideas would no longer be contained, she decided to dive in and write. Her first rough draft was on a dirty napkin she found buried in her car. Eventually, she ran out of napkins. With baby on one hip and laptop on the other, she made a dream into reality—one word at a time. Her specialty is men who love to get their hands dirty and women who are smart, strong and flawed. She loves writing about the everyday hero. When Rhonda isn't crafting sizzling manuscripts, you will find her busy editing novels, blogging, juggling kids and animals (too many to name), dreaming of a beach house and keeping romance alive. Oh, and drinking lots of coffee.

Dirty stuff…oh my-Rhonda Lee Carver

Hi, y’all! Rhonda Lee Carver here.

Over the weekend I ran into an old friend and her husband and we sat down for coffee. She and I were discussing my books and her husband chimes in with “You’re the one who writes the dirty stuff…” Okay, usually I chuckle and wave off the remark, but this time I felt the need to educate. I asked, “What do you mean by “dirty stuff’?”

Him: “Sex and dirty talk. That’s what you write.”

Me: “I write romance with sex, yes, but the story of two people falling in love is the star.”

Him: “Oh, you write porn.”

At this point, I’m gritting my teeth.  I say, “No, I don’t write porn. Do you watch porn? You must to be a critic on what’s porn and what’s not.”

He didn’t say another word. What gets me, some people think there’s only one heat level in books. Sweet or dirty. Soooo wrong! Shall I say it again? SOOOO wrong! When I’m asked what heat level I write, I say, “If you watch a rated R movie (and who doesn’t), then you’ll like the heat level of my books.” But when I have to explain further, I use movies as the scale. Just as there are different ratings in movies, there are in books too. Sometimes I’ll get, “I’m embarrassed for people to know that I read sexy romance.” Then I ask, “What was the last movie you watched in a theater?” Almost every single time they’ll name a movie that is rated R. “So, you’re not embarrassed to watch a movie that has sex scenes, shows a woman’s boobs, or has graphic language in front of a room of strangers, but you’re not okay with reading a book? Do you read the book aloud to a room of strangers?”

Point is, I’m not ashamed of what I write and as a reader you shouldn’t be ashamed of what you read.

New Cowboy–Rhonda Lee Carver

Pre-order here!

Losing his leg was hard enough. He wasn’t about to lose his heart too.

Bookworm, Harley Tate, thought showing up uninvited was a good way to catch Penn Jericho by surprise, but what she didn’t expect was that her idea would backfire. She landed in the arms of the sexiest cowboy she’d ever seen, and the little fact that he was naked and kissing her in a way she’d never been kissed before couldn’t be ignored.

From the second he realized he was groping the wrong woman, Penn should have backed off, but there was something about the woman with the too-big glasses and chocolate eyes that struck him hard in the chest. He hadn’t been thrown for a wild loop since the accident and waking up to find that he’d lost a leg. So when she blames him for all her problems, instead of sending her on her way, he brings her home.

Staying with Penn is the safest place for Harley, but she can’t stop fantasizing that he’ll kiss her again. Touch her like he did when they first met. Penn is sidetracked by the beautiful, brave woman who is surrounded by suspense. To save her, he needs to keep his head on straight, but that’s a difficult task when she makes him forget that he has no desire to make room in his life for a relationship.

Excerpt:

The knock brought Penn Jericho up from the couch where he’d been sitting in his dark living room, pondering his day and resting his aching muscles. His prosthetic foot clanked loudly against the wooden planks and anticipation grew wildly in him as he got closer to relief. It had been weeks since he’d found solace in the warmth of soft curves. He was long overdue.

Swinging open the door, he didn’t bother turning on the light as he reached out, grabbed a slender hand and dragged his earlier-than-expected-booty-call across the threshold. His body turned rock-solid, and he realized just how much he needed this. And because he wasn’t wearing any clothes, his cock saluted the sexy bombshell he pushed against the wall. She rewarded him with a whimper of surprise. A framed picture dropped to the floor at their feet, cracking the glass, but he didn’t care. Not. One. Shit.

He nuzzled her hair, glad that she wore it down unlike her usual practical ponytail, and inhaled her scent, then he paused. This wasn’t her usual cheeseburger/alcohol combination from waiting tables at the local honky tonk. No, this reminded him of a fresh batch of cookies. He could eat a dozen, but for now he’d settle for eating one, delicious, wet cookie. He threaded his fingers in her silken hair and lowered his mouth, drawing his tongue along the seam of her lush lips. He tasted cherry.  “I thought I’d go crazy waiting on you, Saucy,” he whispered close to her ear.

She stiffened. Now why would she do that? He pulled back, just enough to look down at her. The room was so dark he couldn’t see her expression, but he got the feeling she wasn’t her usual ready-and-willing self. He blew out a long breath. Maybe he’d come on too strong right off the bat, but she never complained before. “Are you playing hard to get?” No answer. “What’s wrong?”

“If I was ‘Saucy’ I’d probably be into this.” The soft voice tinged with an accent that wasn’t Texan made every hair on his body stand.

READ AN EXCERPT

SPARK’S NOSE ITCHED. But he couldn’t move his hands to scratch.

Forcing one eye to a slit, he wasn’t in his room, but still in the motel. Damn. He’d fallen asleep.

Opening both eyes, he blinked the fuzziness away and lifted his head. His arms were stretched high above his head and his wrists ached. He darted a glimpse above him.

He was tied to the headboard. Acid gurgled in his stomach. “What the hell!” He gave his hands a jerk, but the rope held them tight. “Fuck!”

Jerking a glance around the room…there she was…sitting in the chair, her legs crossed and a look of satisfaction covering her pretty features.

“What the fuck is this?” Now he understood why Ms. Stone had been throwing herself at him. “Talk to me!” he demanded.

A sticky, tingly sensation brought his gaze lower and on his legs. He squinted. Both legs were covered with some sort of pink, glossy paper.  “And what in God’s creation are those?”

She got up, stood at the end of the bed, a smirk curving her lips. “Wax strips.”

“Get them off me and let me the hell out of this bed!” he snarled

“Are you sure you want me to help you with the strips?” One thin brow curved maliciously.

“Hell yeah!”

She reached down, grabbed the corner of one strip and pulled.

“Ow!” he squealed as a fire like none other raced through his leg. Clenching his teeth, he looked at her through narrowed gaze. “What the hell was that for?’

“You did ask me to help you. So I did.”

“I’m talking about all of this—the rope, the shit on my legs.” He forced a breath through tight lips.

Smugly, she crossed her arms. “This is a lesson earned.”

He popped up a brow. “A lesson? For what?” Bringing his gaze back to his rope twined wrists, he visually examined the headboard. The cord was wrapped around his wrists, fashioned through the five-inch gap into the wooden detail, then pulled back through and tied in a knot. From what he could see, and with another tug, it wasn’t a bad knot.

“I’m sorry, but I have plans so I must hurry. I won’t spend much time with my explanation. You played my sister. Therefore, I’m showing you what it’s like to be played.”

He perused his brain, trying to find a clue as to what she was referring too. He came up blank. This had to be a joke! “Lady, the only one of us who is a player and a manipulator is you.” Seeing a flicker of confusion, he chuckled. “Yes, that’s right, Jewels Stone.”

One brow snapped up and her hands clenched into fists. “So…so, you knew who I was all along?” Her lips thinned. Good thing she didn’t have a weapon, otherwise he’d be dead, he was certain.

“What? You don’t like being caught at your sordid game? Pot. Kettle. Black.” He gave his arms a jerk and the bed creaked.

She darted her glance to his bound wrists, but only a mere flash. “Don’t talk or I’ll have to get the tape and cover your mouth.”

Anger sliced through his gut. Damn, woman! He didn’t doubt for a minute that she’d do as she threatened.

With a cold glance in his direction, she bent and grabbed something. His jeans! She dipped her hand into the back pocket and withdrew his cell. Now what was she doing?

“Be thankful that I’m not cruel, otherwise I’d leave you tied up here until the cleaning lady came, and considering I rented this room for two days, that’d be a long time to stay bound to the bed. Imagine the laugh the employees here would have.”

“Letting me go would be the best decision you’ve made, before things got out of hand.”

“Are you threatening me?” She shook her head. “Tsk, Tsk.”

“You have a warped mind, don’t you?” Pulling himself up, he heard the wood crack and the springs pop. It wouldn’t take much pressure for him to break the bed, but he’d have no way of getting the rope undone. Apparently, she was thinking the same thing because her eyes widened.

“Let’s get this over with, shall we?” She came to stand beside the bed. “Who would you like to call to ask for help?”

“9-1-1,” he grumbled.

“And imagine the story you’d tell. You were sleeping so hard that a woman tied you to the bed and placed hot wax strips on your legs. That’d be another group finding the humor in this scenario. So, would you like to change your contact person?”

Have you grabbed your Perfect Cowboy Daddy yet?

Question is… Have you ever had sex in a hot tub?

perfectcowboydaddy

“Am I late?” He dipped his hand in the water.

“I was getting anxious.”

“To relax in the hot tub?”

“No, for you.” She stood up and water trickled over her bare breasts, streaming from her hard nipples, gliding down her flat stomach and luscious thighs. Steam rolled off her skin. His mouth salivated as his cock shot up against his zipper.

“Damn. What you do to me, sweetheart.” He was as hard as iron and primed as a pile-driver. He skimmed his gaze over her again, admiring how her body glistened in the soft light. Her nipples budded more until they were puffy, crimson beds. “I like what I see.”

She lifted a thin brow as she teasingly slid the tips of her fingers between the valley of her breasts and paused at her navel. He wanted to follow that line with his tongue.

He growled.

“What are you waitin’ on, doc? I’m all alone in here.” She cooed and sunk back into the water, hiding her precious curves from his hungry gaze.

Without any hesitation or thought of consequences, he toed off his boots, dragged off his hat and tossed it to the nearest chair. Then came his shirt and because he was full of anticipation, he tore off a few buttons in his haste. She chuckled and stilled her arms on the edge of the tub, laying her chin on her folded arms and watching him as he continued to undress. Seeing the glaze in her pale eyes made his gut tight and his cock ache to sink not only in the water but inside of her.

He unsnapped his jeans, loosened the zipper and hurried to push them down his hips and off his legs, followed by his boxers, until he was naked. His staff saluted the sky. He stepped toward her, looking deep into her beautiful eyes.

Once he was inside with her, he waded next to her and she arched her back, bringing her breasts bobbing on top of the water. He couldn’t help but feel as if he’d won the lottery where Moon was concerned.

He did that?Free book–Rhonda Lee Carver

Hi, y’all! Here in Ohio we’re having a heatwave. Yes, I’m serious. Yesterday, the temp rose to 70, and today…well…I walked outside  in my short sleeves (and you know I’m cold-blooded). Crazy, huh? Of course, I’m anticipating Mother Nature dumping a monumental-sized amount of snow right on our heads any day now. That’ll teach us.

One of my closest friends is single, has been since she and her husband divorced a while back. She decided to jump into the dating scene again and it’s a scary world. Not all of her dates have been terrible, but a few have been worthy of a comedy. Last week, she called me and said, “I think I’ve just had the most awkward date ever.” Here’s what happened…

She was set up on a blind date with Ted (not his real name). They met at a restaurant and had a fairly decent time, and then he tells my friend, “I have a condition where I don’t like to be touched. So, no hugs at the end of the evening, please.” She searched his expression for any signs of humor and couldn’t quite gather whether he was teasing or not.

The next phase of their date was the movie theater. They had gotten there early and had over an hour to spare. Ted told her he’d be back in a few minutes and he left. She stood in the lobby in her heels for almost fifteen minutes and she was wondering if Ted had simply left. Thirsty and tired, she decided to stay because she wanted to see the movie. She ordered a drink, reached for her card  and the girl at the counter told  her the machine was down and could only take cash.

No drink. No sign of Ted. But at least the movie was about to start.

And then Ted reappeared, carrying a shopping bag in one hand and a drink in the other. Apparently, Ted doesn’t like waiting in crowds so he’d decided to do some shopping for a shirt and grab himself a drink. How do you think my friend responded…?

Now, let’s talk smut.

Love FREE? The first book of my Cowboys of Nirvana series is free. Have you grabbed it yet?

Welcome to Nirvana. Your wish is a cowboy’s command.

Not getting any younger and wanting to leave her cheating ex-husband in the past, Moon Novak decides she wants a child, even if she must do it alone. Well…as alone as Mother Nature will allow her.

She’s lacking a key factor—a man.

Dr. Cam Parker isn’t quite ready to jump into the saddle after losing his wife to cancer, but he isn’t against getting his feet wet with the stunning, brazen cowgirl ranch hand at Nirvana.

What he didn’t expect is to become a perfect cowboy daddy. Or that he would fall for the raven-haired beauty.

Nirvana Ranch is steamier than ever. There’s lust between the sheets. Secrets. Conflict. Hot cowboys. And a maniac on the loose who wields a deadly club and has a taste for revenge.

Excerpt:

A thought struck her like a slap to the back of the head. If she got pregnant soon, she could say buh-bye to any sexual pleasure that didn’t require batteries for the next year, or two, maybe even three. Her parents had told her that their sex life had been put on the back burner until she went away to college. Eighteen years was a long dry spell.

Moon gulped and her chest tightened. Maybe she needed to rethink this whole plan. Not the insemination, that she was sure of, but the idea of not making sex a top priority. This could be her one and only chance before she concentrated on a baby.

She mentally shook herself. She might be surrounded by some of the best looking cowboys in Wyoming, but when they looked at her they didn’t see breasts, soft curves and vagina. They saw ‘one of the guys’. Sure, she didn’t help the situation any. She couldn’t remember the last time she’d gotten dolled up or applied makeup—or spritzed herself with her favorite perfume. She found herself reaching for the cotton granny panties in her drawer more often than the lacy, satin lingerie she used to love to wear for Art. Wedgies and working the land didn’t mix. These days, it was all about flannel and jeans, ponytails and Bag Balm. She’d always been a tomboy, loved getting her hands dirty, but she enjoyed being a lady too, feeling wanted and desired. Enjoyed driving a man wild between the sheets.

Since walking in on Art fucking Tracey, a lot had changed. The sight of him and her sprawled across the couch, grunting and thrusting, was tattooed on the back of her eyelids. It wasn’t the pain of his cheating that left her cold now. The fact that her life had been thrown for a loop left her bitter. She needed to take a plunging step forward, and that’s what having a baby would do for her. Push her onto the next rung of the ladder.

Let’s connect!

Baby, it’s cold…Rhonda Lee Carver

Winter is officially here. I dislike the cold weather. And you see, I didn’t say “I dislike winter.” There are many things I love. The snow is beautiful. Sledding. Fires in the fireplace. Candles lit on the mantel. Boots (oh how I love boots). When it’s snowing, a lot, and you’re outside, listen to everything around you. That’s right, there’s not much to hear. The snow is similar to being in a sound-proof room.

Okay, I know y’all are expecting ‘smut’, but it’s Christmas time. I want to talk traditions. My family and I have several that I look forward to, even more than opening presents. We all gather in the car with our hot chocolates, listening to holiday music and go Christmas-lights cruising. Honestly, it’s not just for the light show. During this time I get all of my kids together in one spot and we’re not all racing around and phones are off limits. We actually talk.

Then there’s the tradition of our shopping adventures. This is fairly new because just over the last few years my kids have started enjoying shopping and buying for others. This year we visited Barnes & Noble and stayed entirely too long. I couldn’t complain. My kids could live surrounded by books. That makes me one proud momma. Then we walked around Easton and looked at all of the lights set up around the marketplace. Salivated over all of the expensive shops. Good thing our fingers and toes were freezing off and cut our trip short or we would have walked away without a dime to our names.

One of my favorite traditions is the ‘sharing’. Now that my kids are old enough, we each write a letter, a poem, story, or draw a picture that reflects on what we’re grateful for. Last year, my youngest gave me a small tree and attached to it were scraps of paper. Each piece held a small note describing something positive, like “You’re beautiful” “I love you” “You’re the best mom in the world”. Each day I was to read one note. Let me tell you folks, best present ever! This year, my oldest daughter wrote me a letter. She mailed it from school and when I received it I was surprised. In it she wrote how much she loved me, how grateful she was that I help her as much as I do and that she probably will never be able to show me how much she appreciates me. I cried. And cried more. It will go down as also being the best present ever!

Do you have any holiday traditions? I’d love to hear about them.

Okay, I need to sell some books 🙂

As a girl, Ash James wanted a knight in shining armor to carry her away and together they would live happily-ever-after.

And then she grew up and waiting tables at a greasy diner blemished her fairy tales.

Her idea of a perfect prince matured and she had an appetite for alpha: sexy, muscled and scintillating. Declan Knight was everything she wanted—everything she found mysterious. When he walked—no, strutted—into her life she was ready to throw uncertainty, and her apron, out the window.

Her knight put a ring on her finger and whisked her away to the ‘castle’ where she settled in nicely, until she soon realized every prince can turn into a toad. Before long she was back wearing a faded uniform, living on tips and scrimping to get by. And keeping her sister out of trouble. Sometimes deadly trouble.

Fate has a plan and her name is Angelina Knight. How will Declan’s late sister play the role of fairy godmother? How will Declan save Ash from someone who is out to harm her?

Will Ash see that sometimes a toad just needs a kiss…a touch…and endless nights of passion to turn him back into a prince?

Book worthy–Rhonda Lee Carver

Hi, y’all. Rhonda Lee Carver here!

Several days ago I stopped at a friend’s house to drop off a pan of lasagna I made for her and her family. Her father, Bill, has recently moved in with her because he has  Alzheimer’s Disease. I sat down with him and talked.”I have a story that you should write about.” he said. Now, I’m going to throw this out there…if I had a dime for every time I’ve been told this I’d be in Bora Bora enjoying the ocean drinking a Mai Tai. However, when a seventy-year old tells you this, it’s wise to sit up and listen. So I did. And this is the story he told me, and I think it’s book-worthy.

He was fifteen when he met the love of his life, Clara. He was from the poor side of town and her family was wealthy. Yet, as he said, “Love doesn’t see dollar signs”. Her parents, a strict attorney and a stay-at-home mom, disliked him from the beginning. They warned Clara that if she didn’t stop seeing Bill they’d send her away to an aunt’s house for the summer. But love was strong…

When the strict father realized his narrow tactics weren’t working, he decided to try something different. He invited Bill for dinner and by the end of the day, they were out on the porch talking. Clara’s father said, “If you really want to see my daughter, then you must pass the test.” This ‘test’ consisted of keeping a candle lit from midnight to sunrise. Bill agreed. He sat outside on the porch, with a lit candle, knowing if the flame died, so would his chances with Clara. He refused to allow that to happen.

Some time later, the flame had gone out. Bill freaked out. He was willing to do whatever it took to get the candle lit again. He walked across town in a storm, in the middle of the night, to his house where he grabbed a full book of matches. He made it back to Clara’s farm, lit the candle…over and over again. Sunrise was nearing and he had one match left, but because it had rained most of the night it was damp. The candle’s flame died and that one match didn’t work. So, when the sun came up, the candle was out.

Saddened, Bill faced Clara’s father, expecting the worst. “The flame went out,” Bill confessed.

“Where did you get the matches?”

“I walked home and came back. I stayed up all night. I used every match I had, but in the end it didn’t work.”

The father said, “Son, I have a confession. I gave you a trick candle. It isn’t meant to stay lit. The true test was in how far you would go for the love of my daughter. You thought outside of the box, which you must always do when it comes to marriage. You were willing to stay up all night, sometimes an argument doesn’t end when we’re tired. You also used up every last means you had until there was nothing left to keep the candle lit, and you still didn’t walk away. You don’t give up. That tells me you’ll be in this relationship  until you take your last breath.”

Clara and Bill married a year later. We can’t be sure if the father used a trick candle, but one thing is for sure. They were married for fifty years until she passed away.

Before she reached the door, he was upon her, dragging her back against his wide, linebacker chest. She swore she could feel the heavy beating of his heart in her shoulders, but maybe it was a combination of both of theirs. He snaked a hand around her waist, flattened his palm against her stomach and pressed her against him. She could feel the lean, muscular solid line of his body, but the thick bulge pushing into her bottom made her womb spasm and her clit throb. She couldn’t fall victim to his passion again, but she wasn’t sure she could resist the temptation.

“You need taken care of, bella,” he whispered next to her ear. “The dark circles under your eyes tell me you don’t sleep, never had. You’re too skinny. Your hair, although smelling like Georgia peaches, needs cut. Your fingernails are broken and the polish chipped. You’re not asking for the money to grab a pedicure and a new wardrobe.” He tangled his fingers in her hair and pulled them back from her neck. His breath was warm against her skin and tingles shot through her body, nestling like beads of heat in her core. Oh, she could easily let her body go, ease back into him and allow human nature to take its natural progression. “Tell me, sweetheart. Why?”

“I told you, I can’t tell you why I need the money,” she whimpered, wishing her pussy would stop pulsating.

“No. Why did you not come back?” He inhaled deeply and he dropped his hand to her breast, gently squeezing.

She gasped and her knees weakened. She had no choice but to lean into him. Her voice wouldn’t work.

“I took care of your every need.” The hand he had on her stomach slid downward, slowly, lower on her thigh. She barely registered that he tugged the hem of her skirt higher until she felt his touch on her quivering inner thigh. Her heart raced and goosebumps scattered her flesh. “I would have continued to take care of you.” His long fingers were at the elastic of her panties and he slid the material aside, gliding his warm fingers along the seam of her body. “Still groomed and soft like the wings of a butterfly. I’ve sucked your quivering, juicy flesh until you begged me to fuck you hard. A man can never forget such a thing. Never would I want to.”

And if you love a sexy cowboy…

Alpha & the Holiday–Rhonda Lee Carver

Hi y’all! Rhonda Lee Carver here!

I can’t believe that Thanksgiving has gone by and soon it will be Christmas. I’m almost finished with my shopping, thank goodness. I so dislike going into stores and finding no one with any holiday cheer. People scooting around, pushing their carts, and being rude just because they’ve had a bad day…month…or maybe year. Kindness doesn’t cost anything.

I’ll tell you a funny story.

I was in Sam’s Club a few days ago and there was an aisle display  with two comfy, soft, thick, lovable blankets. Oh, by the way, I love soft, cuddly blankets as much as I love shoes. There was a blue one (which I already have) and a red one. Standing a few feet away a couple were arguing over which color of blanket they should choose. He said, “The blue matches the bedroom”. She said, “But I love the red.” I was standing close, my eye on that red blanket. My fingers were aching to stroke the material like my new favorite pet. I waited. And waited. They still fuss. I was growing impatient. A friend of theirs happened by and said “hello” and without thinking of the consequences I snatched up that blanket like a thief in the night and took off like a bat out of hell. I jumped behind a stack of roasters and peek. The arguing couple were no longer arguing. They were looking around like, “What the hell just happened?” I moved along with my pretty blanket and felt justified.

Later, as I stood in the check out line, I saw out of the corner of my eye that couple was beside me and she was eyeing me like I had toilet paper sticking out of my pants. I told myself, “I didn’t do anything wrong.” Yet, I felt guilty. She was staring, not at me now, but at my red, comfy blanket. I wondered momentarily if this would end up like one of those crazy, chaotic videos where people are fighting over stuff they won’t use in the next year.

Then it became too much. I grabbed that blanket and placed it off to the side as if I’m no longer wanting to take it home and snuggle and watch a Hallmark movie. She snatched it up. And I continued on. I came home and ordered one online.

Now let’s talk books.

His Weekend Wife (The KNIGHT Brothers Book 2) is releasing 11/29. Have you pre-ordered your copy yet?

Win smut and smile! Rhonda Lee Carver

Wow! Can you believe Thanksgiving is almost here? Turkey, sweet potatoes and pumpkin pie are great, but this year my family and I will be spending part of the holiday delivering bagged lunches to the homeless. This has been a plan in the works for a while, but especially after I had a secondary character in His Weekend Wife (#2, The KNIGHT Brothers) who is homeless and I see how devastating this is. It is certainly a problem in every every state. In every city. In every neighborhood. The problem can be easily overlooked as other more prominent issues seem to take shape around us. Our nation certainly has been full of these issues lately. But this year, I plan to pull in my sail and concentrate on how I can help my community.

However, for now, I want to giveaway a cowboy! Did you all know that I have a handful of cowboys in audio?

Check them out here: Audio Books

I’d like to offer TWO winners an audio of mine of choice. You choose, I send, and you get the enjoyment of reading! Here’s what you need to do to enter…Leave a post in the comments letting me know which cowboy you’d like (make sure he’s in audio by clicking the link) along with your email. Breakdown: I need a title of the audio and email. I need both things to elect a winner on Tuesday!

Excerpt:

“Your smell, it should be bottled and sold for millions.” A look of pure gratification covered his face and she practically came off the bed. She’d never wanted oral pleasure more in her life.

He kissed her hip, licked the skin of her inner thigh, kissing his way down her leg, her ankle until he reached her foot. She watched, her breath stilling in her lungs as he slowly unstrapped her heel. His gaze held onto hers in a mesmerizing trance, and then he pulled off the shoe, dropping it. He lifted her foot and brushed the tips of his fingers down the instep and involuntarily she lurched. He held her tight and she wasn’t going anywhere. He then kissed her arch followed by a teasing lick. She whimpered and quivered under him. He gently nibbled, sucked, then nibbled more. Fuck! She felt the feeling all the way up into her core. She grabbed the sheets and clutched the material as his soft chuckle echoed off the walls.

He dropped her foot. Thank God.

His sweet, blissful torture continued with the other foot. After the heel was gone, he licked, suckled and nibbled until her toes curled.

“I love your body. Love your scent, your taste. You’re an aphrodisiac to a man’s soul, bella.”

His words were so erotic, spinning a tale of romance inside of her heart.

“If no man has pleasured you, then you’ve done it for yourself. Right?”

Her cheeks warmed. She couldn’t deny him the truth. “Yes.”

“What do you fantasize about when you touch yourself?” His husky words tranquilized her.

Resisting him was not an option. “A man’s touch. Strong arms holding me. You holding me.”

He inhaled sharply. “I want to see you touch yourself, like you were the night in the tub.”
